It Gives Me A Headache

I’ve been listening to the stubborn, ignorant American argument against single-payer health care for years. If it isn’t made by people who don’t know anyone personally in the big wide world living under such a system, it’s made by people who have never been outside the border of the United States. I’ve seen single-payer in action and listened to the benefits of it from people in more advanced societies than ours. And anyone who says our country has the best medical care in the world is either a moron or a two-bit politician. But, hey, I’m not going to dispel anyone’s love of fake information and fake security. Republicans thrive on it.
